Three Cavity

2-way Foley catheter has cavity for urine and other cavity for inflation, compare with 2-way Foley catheter, 3-way Foley catheter is one more cavity, mainly used for the continuous flushing of the bladder in case the catheter is blocked by small blood clots and pus mucus

Catheter

Usage processes:

1. Preparation: Wash your hands carefully and wear safety medical exam gloves before operate.Meantime,carefully read the user manual and prepare the accessories and medical products.

2. Lubrication:Lubricate the silicone urethral catheter with medical lubricants before use. Or wet the super lubricated catheter with sterile water before use and super lubrication can be achieved without any lubricants.

3. Insertion: Carefully insert the lubricated catheter into the bladder (normally indicated by urine flow). then a further 3cm.

4. Inflation: Use needle-free syringe to fill cool boiled water into the valve and the injecting have to be no more than demarcating content. After that, pull softly the catheter outward until bladder is chocked by the inflated balloon.

5. Retention time: The retention time is no more than 7 days and as per nurses indication.

6. Removal: When taking out the catheter from the bladder, insert an empty syringe into the valve and let the water flow out naturally, or cut off the shaft for quick drainage of water.

7. Handling. Properly destroy and handle the removal catheters after use.
