A customer once received PE film rolls with damaged outer packaging after a long journey involving multiple transfers and handling points.

Before shipment, the rolls had already been protected with three layers of packaging. Technically, transportation damage was beyond our responsibility.

But at SHEASYCARE, we believe responsibility goes beyond the contract.

Without hesitation, we supplied replacement PE film free of charge. At the same time, we reviewed the situation, upgraded the packaging design, reinforced the protection, and added palletized loading to minimize transportation risks in future shipments.

Because for us, responsibility does not end when the goods leave our factory. It ends when our customers receive their products safely, successfully, and with confidence.
