High vacuum closed drainage is a new concept of drainage, it can provide enough vacuum from high vacuum drainage equipment, and ensure the secretion drainage adequately. It can create good post-operative healing environment by closed flap, in order to prevent infections and complications.
High vacuum drainage bottle can provide -90Kpa, it have arch upward curvilinear relationship between the change of negative pressure and the volume of drainage liquid. The wastage of negative pressure is not very great. It can provide efficiently continuous and stable drainage. Even though the drainage bottle is higher than wound surface, it can always maintain the condition of vacuum drainage, and prevent the backflow of drainage liquid.
